Who We Are

Al Rashad Engineering Construction LLC is a UAE contractor delivering integrated engineering and construction services across the Emirates and the wider region.

The company was founded by Engineer Rashad after more than forty years in the construction industry across Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. His career began at TRANSCO in Abu Dhabi, and he went on to found and lead several enterprises across both countries — a boutique property development firm and a construction materials trading business in Egypt, and a number of contracting ventures in the UAE. Among these is Al Basha Palace Engineering Construction LLC (ABCO), which he co-founded — a multidisciplinary UAE contractor renowned for the strength of its in-house MEP capability and a thirty-one-year record of delivering flagship and complex fast-track projects across the Emirates.

Al Rashad was established to carry that experience into a focused, technology-leveraged contracting structure — operating as a sister company to ABCO and drawing on its established networks, technical capability, and proven delivery record.
